How much does SemoRepas cost?
Hosted in Tunisia, the software starts at 12 TND per bed per month (minimum 1,000 TND per month), plus cloud hosting and backups (450 to 1,200 TND per month depending on size) and a one-off setup of 8,000 to 15,000 TND. How does SemoRepas reduce food waste?
Patients choose what they like, the kitchen cooks from forecasts, trays are cancelled in time for discharges, fasting or food brought by the family, and leftovers are measured to improve menus.
Does SemoRepas work without Internet?
Yes. The patient and nurse apps keep working offline and resynchronise later; a local server can run the whole facility during an outage, and backup tray cards are printed as PDF.
Is the software available in Arabic?
Yes, in Arabic (right to left), French and English, with text-to-speech and pictograms for patients who read little.
Do we need a server in the facility?
Not if you choose hosting in Tunisia: we host and back up everything, and hosting is billed monthly with the subscription. If you prefer to install it on your premises, a single Linux server is enough: 4 cores and 8 GB up to 100 beds, 8 cores and 16 GB up to 300 beds, 16 cores and 32 GB beyond.
