Choosing hosting on price alone
The gap between a few-dinars-a-month offer and properly sized hosting shows up the day your site is on Google's first page, or the day of an outage. The real cost of budget hosting is downtime at the worst possible moment.
Believing you have backups
Many companies discover at restore time that the backup was incomplete, corrupted, or stored on the server that just went down. A backup only really exists once you've successfully used it: the restoration procedure must be tested.
Letting a domain or certificate expire
A forgotten domain name can sometimes be bought back at great expense, when it isn't taken by a third party. An expired SSL certificate shows a security warning to every visitor. These deadlines must be monitored and renewed automatically.

Where is my data hosted?
We choose the hosting with you, based on your regulatory constraints and where your users are. For a project subject to the GDPR or handling health data, the host's location and guarantees are part of the framing.
Can I keep my current host?
Yes, in most cases. We audit your existing hosting and tell you frankly whether it holds the load and is properly secured. If it's suitable, we work with it.
What happens in case of an outage?
Monitoring alerts us automatically. Depending on the contract, we act within an agreed timeframe, and restoring from backups always remains possible.
How much does hosting cost?
It depends entirely on your traffic, data volume and the level of availability expected. A brochure site and a business application used by a hundred people don't have the same needs. We quote after looking at your actual situation, and we tell you if a simpler offer will do.
Can I take my site back if we part ways?
Yes, at any time. The hosting accounts and the domain name are in your name, not ours. We provide the credentials, backups and documentation needed for a third party to take over.
