Consulting and technical strategy
Before writing the first line of code, you need to know what to build, in what order and why. We step in upstream to audit what exists, settle technical choices and lay out a realistic roadmap. We don't sell licences and we're tied to no vendor: our recommendation has no commercial agenda behind it.
What we build
Audit of what exists
A review of your sites, tools and hosting: what holds up, what is at risk, what costs more than it returns. Written up, in plain language.
Technology choices
Weighing up the available options, with the consequences of each on cost, timeline and maintenance over five years. No technology chosen because it's fashionable.
Roadmap
Splitting your digitalisation project into fundable stages, ordered by benefit-to-effort ratio, so results show quickly.
Support through transformation
Help framing needs, writing a specification and comparing the proposals you receive — including those from our peers.
This service is for you if…
- You've received several quotes and can't compare them.
- A project has been under way for months and is going nowhere.
- Your tools don't talk to each other and nobody knows where to start.
- You have to defend a digitalisation budget internally and you're missing hard numbers.
- You've inherited a system you didn't choose and whose real state you don't know.
Even one of these ringing true is already a good reason to talk — the discovery call is free.
What's included
- Interviews with your business teams
- Analysis of the existing technical setup
- Written report, no jargon
- Prioritised recommendations
- Budget and timeline estimates per stage
Indicative timeline
An audit generally runs over one to two weeks, depending on how many people there are to meet and the size of what exists.

The mistakes that cost dearly
What we see most often on the projects we're asked to take over.
Starting from the solution rather than the problem
“We need an app” or “we need artificial intelligence” are answers, not needs. Until the problem is stated in terms of time lost, customers missed or risk incurred, no quote can be assessed seriously.
Choosing the technology before the need
A technology that's fashionable today can be hard to maintain in five years, when nobody around you practises it any more. The criterion that matters isn't modernity, but the ability to evolve your project and hand it to someone else.
Entrusting framing to whoever will build it
That's a real conflict of interest, and it concerns us too: we build the projects we frame. We handle it by giving you a document any provider can work from, including our peers. If you'd rather have fully independent framing, say so — it's legitimate, and we'll tell you if it's in your interest.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a defined project already?
No, and it's often the opposite. Many companies know something isn't working without knowing how to tackle it. The role of framing is precisely to turn that observation into a plan of action.
What does the report contain?
A written document: the findings, the risks identified, the possible options with their consequences, and a prioritised roadmap with orders of magnitude for budget and timeline. It belongs to you, even if you don't work with us afterwards.
Are you tied to vendors or hosts?
No. We resell neither licences nor subscriptions, and we take no commission on the tools we recommend. That's what makes our opinion usable.
Do I need a specification before calling you?
No. Writing a specification already assumes you know the solution, which is exactly what framing is there to determine. Come with your problems, your constraints and your indicative budget — putting it into shape is our job.
What do you do if the best choice is to build nothing?
We tell you. Sometimes a need is solved by using an existing tool better, by changing how work is organised, or by a subscription costing a few dinars a month. Recommending pointless development would win us a project and lose us a client.
